BIC Factory is expert in fabrication services with experienced & consistent workforce. We have been providing quality metal fabrication and welding services. Our welding shop is fully equipped with six welding machines (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW) One Column & Boom Machine (5Mtr x 5Mtr), one CNC Plasma Cutting Machine (Up to 25mm Plasma & up to 150mm Oxy fuel), One Rolling Machine (65mm thk Capacity), One Post weld Heat Treatment Machine, Band saw cutting facility (Up to 1.3Mtr Diameter) And one Furnace (3Mtr x 3Mtr) to do all Fabrication jobs.

We have qualified team welders (up to 6G Position) to provide the new challenges. All our welding processes are done in accordance with established WPS & PQR for CS,Low alloy, SS & Inconel 625. Followed by qualifying NDT evaluations to ensure reliable weld quality
