Data Header Spools are Pressure-Containing equipment with end connections of variable nominal size and pressure ratings, used to connect additional connections for Pressure Gauge, thermowell, and sampling or injection ports. The Data headers allows connection of pressure and temperature monitoring equipment.

Flanged Data Header Spools are designed and manufactured as per API Spec 6A & 16A, conforming to NACE MR 0175. We can offer Data headers specific to the user requirements and with either Hammer union ends or API-6A Flange connections.

All Data Headers are supplied with complete test certificates.

Features:

Can be used to connect flanges and Threaded connection with any combination of sizes and pressure ratings

Custom Spools are available to transition between API, ASME, Weco or other styles of flanges

Supplied with standard or customer specific lengths

Available for general service and sour service in compliance with any temperature rating and material requirements specified in API Specification 6A

Available with Inconel 625 corrosion resistant ring grooves.
